The project was complex in several aspects. Until a provider clears, they generate cost, not revenue and clearing one physician took 60–120+ days of per-payer forms, portals, documents expiring on their own private calendars, and faxes. Yes, faxes. One mismatched field silently rejects an application, and nobody tells you which one.

It runs on two things beneath the surface. TruMation is the automation engine doing the grinding verifying credentials, chasing payers, parsing documents. Alongside it, an internal operations layer is where the team works, where automated and human tasks meet and every case is tracked.

These are the product's outcomes — built by a team, on a real automation engine, with my design as the layer people used every day. I won't claim a single screen drove the revenue. What I'll stand behind: I made a slow, error-prone, high-stakes process faster, calmer, and more legible for the experts who live in it.

Provider Passport runs all four stages on one provider record, so a hire can start seeing patients in days instead of months, and nobody has to ask a spreadsheet where things stand.
